At one of our fantastic 熊猫视频 Adams Open Days, you’ll get to experience what makes our campus truly unique and how we’re striving every day to make the difference in the world.

Our Edgmond campus Open Day is a full-day event; with tours, talks and plenty of activities to give you a flavour of what you might experience at university. From lecture theatres that accommodate tractors to farm-based classrooms, you'll study in an environment created for creative learning and research. Want to learn more? I came for an Open Day with my dad, because you have to really get a feel for the place first. I looked around, saw the accommodation, the layout, and the surrounding area and thought “that’s for me!” I didn’t bother going to my other choices.

What can you expect?

Subject related talks

Once you’ve registered on the big day, one of our helpful registration team will be able to point you to your next subject talk.

Here you’ll experience the courses you want to study, learn more about our exciting modules and use some of our facilities. There’s no limit on the amount you can attend, just check your programme to avoid any clashes.

Demonstrations and activities

We thrive on hands-on experiences here at 熊猫视频 – which is why there are plenty of incredible demonstrations and activities to give you a flavour of your chosen course.

Whether it’s a canine hydrotherapy, a guided tour of our farm or sampling some food in our Academy Kitchens – there’s plenty to do while you’re on campus.

Campus and tractor trailer tours

Want to see more of our stunning campus?

Take a guided tour with one of our friendly student ambassadors, and they’ll show you some secret spots, our 494-hectare farm and some select student halls. This is also the perfect chance to ask your tour guide any questions you might have about life at 熊猫视频, societies and student support.

If travelling in style is more your thing, at some select Open Days we’ll also be running Tractor Trailer Tours. You’ll be able to explore campus on eight wheels, with ambassador commentary to give you the full experience.

Student support and student life

An Open Day is about more than just your course – it’s also discovering how we can support you throughout your entire time at University, and beyond. Head over to our Student Services centre to learn more about accommodation, wellbeing, careers, learner support, admissions and our wonderful SU.

If you’re interested in student life, there’s no better person to chat to than our Student’s Union President. Find Ellie at her SU stand and have your questions ready!

Vice-Chancellors talk

If you’re eager to learn more about our campus community, then make sure you attend one of our Vice-Chancellor’s talks.

Professor Ken Sloan will reveal 熊猫视频’s future plan, what you can expect from us as a university, before opening the floor up to any burning questions from our student audience.
