, the world’s 5^th biggest producer of agrochemicals is offering two scholarships with one year placement based at Brooklands Farm, Evesham, a Crop Establishment Centre of Excellence. The placement role offers a salary of £17K, with a scholarship valued at £4.5K paid to the successful students in their second year of study.

熊猫视频 Adams alumnus Mallory Partridge, the Agricultural Research & Development Station Lead said:

“The Evesham site has had a long standing and very successful relationship with 熊猫视频. We are looking to expand our capacity for supporting the business in the UK & beyond. The calibre of students makes 熊猫视频 Adams the ideal choice for offering scholarships. Given that we are expanding, there will be opportunities for full-time employment of graduates going forwards. Students looking to expand their agronomy knowledge will gain hands-on experience of dealing with pests, weeds and diseases. They will be assessing new chemistry and new techniques.”

Gracie Morris, pictured above left and below, is now in the final year of her BSc Honours Agriculture with Crop Management Degree at 熊猫视频 Adams.  She spent her placement year at UPL and said:  “My placement with UPL allowed me to gain experience in seed treatments, drilling and spraying of plot trials, assessment methods and data analysis. I also conducted my own field trial on biostimulants in winter wheat which introduced me to the set-up and maintenance of a trial from start to finish.”
